Insurance Requirements
To partner with us as a subcontractor, you’ll need to provide proof of active insurance coverage. Below is a summary of what’s required:

General Liability
Minimum: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
Coverage must include: premises & operations, products/completed operations, contractual liability, personal injury, XCU coverage (for applicable trades)
Must be primary and non-contributory, occurrence-based
Additional insured endorsements for Patterson Construction Corporation & Owner
Waiver of subrogation required
30-day notice of cancellation
