Built using a pre-approved plan from Sacramento, this 750-square-foot detached ADU adds a two-bedroom, one-bathroom rental home to the backyard of an existing rental property. The project gives the homeowner an additional space to rent while expanding the property’s housing options.Our Villa design bundle paired with gold finishes brings a warm, coordinated look to the interior. An accessible bathroom was a key feature of the design, adding thoughtful functionality to this backyard home proudly built by Golden State ADUs.
