Built my 650 SF ADU with this company. Great experience. Very upfront and straight forward. The whole process was much smoother and faster than I anticipated. I was afraid of change orders as that is typical in the construction industry but I’m very happy to say there were none and everything went pretty much as expected. Overall good company. I recently worked with Golden State ADU's to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and attentive to my needs. The ADU they built is exactly what I envisioned, well-designed, functional, and perfect in size. I worked with GSADUs for our 1200 SF detached ADU. A big selling point for going with them was their interior design package and their higher end finishes that stood out from the other companies I inquired with.
